Whether you’ll be in Beijing or Shanghai for the spooky holiday, you’re sure to find some fun American-style parties. To read about celebrations in Shanghai, check out the recently posted ‘How to do Halloween in Shanghai‘ story.

Halloween events on Saturday, 30th in Beijing:

Tun is hosting a LGBT event organized by Queer Comrades and the Beijing LGBT center that will include amazing DJ’s, a drag show that promises to be as amusing as it is arousing, and a GLEE performance, along with other entertainment. Tickets go on sale in advance at Huxleys, Nanjie Bar and Drum and Bell for 30RMB.

Luga’s Villa. Hosting several specials, including 6 shots for 30RMB, food specials and a great DJ on Friday and Saturday night to celebrate Halloween, Luga’s Villa is a great option for  pre-party feast.

Halloween events on Sunday, 31st in Beijing:

Vics. Hosting a creepy Qing Dynasty Zombie party on Halloween night, you can expect quite the spooky treat. Door prizes include 100 RMB in free Vics drinks as well as cool and trendy Dunhill goodies and a raffle for an iPad.

D-22. Hosting an amazing Halloween KTV night, get dressed up as your favorite creepy hero and prepare to drink and sing the night away. We’re expecting to hear some incredibly strange and bizarre sounds coming out of D-22 over the night.

Mexican Embassy. Help celebrate the origins of Halloween the right way by heading to the Mexican Embassy for the Day of the Dead Altar on display from October 25th – November 5th, Monday through Friday 9 am to 1 pm and 2 to 5 pm.
